Job Description
  • Tutors classes assigned weekly on designated hours, online or in-person.
  • Helps faculty and students with lab work, helps students with their assignments in designated courses.
  • Performs a variety of clerical tasks in a professional and service-oriented manner, under supervision, to include copying, filing, scanning, data entry and other duties as assigned.
  • Knowledge of clerical and general office procedures and practices; knowledge of spelling, grammar and punctuation; knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications and software.
  • Skilled in the operation of a personal computer, as appropriate to the assignment; skilled in oral and written communication; skilled in interpersonal relations.
  • Ability to organize and complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner; ability to perform work requiring accuracy and attention to detail; ability to operate a variety of office equipment.
  • Picks up and distributes mail and/or packages to appropriate personnel across campus.
  • Must be dependable and professional in dress and manner.

Required Qualifications
  • Must be a currently enrolled student and registered for classes.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an office setting or in tutoring.
  • Enrolled in MS in CS, MS in AI, BS in CS, BS in Cybersecurity, or BS in AI programs.
