About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Administrator to join our team and take charge of our network infrastructure, cloud-based solutions, and overall IT systems management. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong communication skills to support our growing technology needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Azure cloud environment and virtual machines
  • Oversee on-premises infrastructure (Servers, PCs, MACs, Printers)
  • Configure and administer Meraki Firewalls
  • Maintain VoIP systems and Windows Virtual Desktop environments
  • Manage VM clusters and ensure system high availability
  • Support distribution center operations, including handheld scanner systems
  • Assist with SQL Server management and optimization
  • Provide technical support with clear, user-friendly communication
