Must have knowledge of network connections and be able to develop plans for computer technology use.

Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to handle dissatisfied customers to obtain a positive problem resolution.
Must have knowledge of campus supported hardware, such as Dell PC's (plus other models).
Must be up to date on new technologies and be able to present creative ideas to faculty.
Knowledge of computers and audiovisual equipment, their operation, safe use, storage, and application.
Ability to work with others, make suggestions related to knowledge gathered, and accept suggestions and recommendations from others.
Ability to organize materials and retrieve learning materials.
Knowledge of operation of media projectors, computers, and other equipment for showing media and utilizing computer software.
Must be able to travel to other College sites and occasional conference locations, as necessary.
