Description

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting through offer, ensuring an efficient and effective hiring process. This role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and advancing qualified candidates while coordinating all aspects of the hiring process with internal stakeholders.


The Recruiter plays a key role in supporting the company's growth by building strong candidate pipelines, maintaining an organized hiring process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, intake meetings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support 
  • Conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with company needs and core values 
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies 
  • Coordinate interviews and field tests between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and timely process 
  • Participate in interviews across all roles to ensure consistency in candidate evaluation and alignment with hiring standards
  • Assign and monitor completion of candidate assessments as part of the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) 
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline activity, candidate flow) to support data-driven hiring decisions
  • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs 
  • Utilize recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, career sites) to source and attract qualified candidates 
  • Provide hiring managers with market insights and candidate feedback to support decision-making 
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process 
  • Support job fairs and recruiting events as needed to supplement candidate pipelines 
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies 
  • Assist with additional recruiting-related projects as needed

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 

  • Construction Industry experience and knowledge is preferred.
  • 2 years' experience in a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition role.
