How You'll Make an Impact
  • Care for all ages: Provide outpatient primary and urgent care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, including well-child visits, immunizations, and preventive care
  • Diagnose and treat: Perform comprehensive evaluations and manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan
  • Drive the workup: Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
  • Own the plan: Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and manage follow-up care

Requirements
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Licensed to practice as a Physician (MD/DO) in New York State
  • Completed residency in Family Medicine or Combined Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds)
  • Comfortable and experienced treating pediatric patients, including infants and young children
  • Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control Training
  • Strong HIPAA knowledge; experience with EMR systems
  • Must obtain FMCSA certification within first 3 months (CDL exams)
  • MAT certificate required
  • DEA registration preferred
  • Preferred: urgent care or primary care experience; bilingual English/Spanish
