Patriot Foundry, a prominent and expanding manufacturing firm, is on the hunt for a skilled Floor Production Associate to become a key member of our team in Franklin, NH The chosen candidate will be responsible for handling the foundry's sand supply and preparing sand molds for pouring.


The chosen candidate will be responsible for handling the foundry's sand supply and preparing sand molds for pouring. They would also have the opportunity to advance and develop within the foundry.


The position offers a competitive wage of $20/hr - $22/hr, influenced by experience. Additionally, a bonus incentive is in place, contingent upon objective performance metrics.

Day in the Life:

 As a Floor Production Associate, your primary responsibilities will entail:

  • Transport, prepare, and control molding sand for further processing using a bucket loader, muller, and conveyor system.
  • Carefully prepare assembled sand molds using weights and jackets. Employ conveyor system and forklift to transport them for pouring.
  • Remove, screen, and reclaim sand from poured molds using hand tools and bucket loader.
  • Palletize and transport castings using forklift for further processing stations on site.
