Your work will focus on equities trading, options trading, margin investing, and related issues experienced by our fast‐growing presence in the marketplace.

What You'll Do:

  • Communicate with customers using email, phone, and chat, providing efficient and effective solutions with kindness
  • Professionally and efficiently resolve customer complaints, issues, and disputes, handling escalated complex cases when necessary
  • Act as the voice of the customer by identifying and communicating customer pain points or opportunities to the product team
  • Develop deep subject mastery and offer personalized support on complex trading strategies, derivatives, and investment opportunities

Requirements

What You Bring:

  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 required
  • Bilingual English/Chinese proficiency preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics or related field Preferred.
  • Exemplary professionalism with meticulous attention to detail, patience, and empathy
  • Strong crisis management and decision-making skills
  • Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination abilities
  • Capable of working under high-pressure conditions
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in the financial industry preferred
  • Experience executing and managing trades across different asset classes preferred
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements preferred
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate accountability by taking ownership of their actions, behaviors, performance, and decisions—including punctuality and attendance—while responsibly managing leave in accordance with their agreed entitlement.

Base pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is $50,000 - $70,000. This role is also eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus plan.
