Role Description

Holiner is seeking an Associate Broker to join our team in Dallas. This is a full-time, in-office role for an experienced commercial real estate professional who is ready to operate at a higher level within a boutique, entrepreneurial environment. The Associate will be responsible for leading day-to-day brokerage activities, managing client relationships, and executing transactions across retail, office, and mixed-use assignments. You will work closely with the founder and senior leadership on active deals, strategy, and business development.


Responsibilities

  • Source new tenants and build relationships across the industry
  • Lead and support lease and sale transactions from prospecting through closing
  • Negotiate deal terms and analyze transaction structures
  • Perform market surveys, outreach, and targeted business development
  • Develop and distribute marketing packages to prospective tenants and clients
  • Maintain a strong understanding of demographics, traffic patterns, and market trends
  • Track competitor data, rental rates, and active transactions
  • Contribute to client strategy, positioning, and growth initiatives


Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of commercial real estate experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business or Real Estate preferred)
  • Texas Real Estate License required
  • Experience in canvassing, prospecting, and cold calling
  • A track record of transaction history and client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Highly organized with strong time-management abilitie
  • Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with a team
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
