Full-Time or Part-Time Sales Associate

20–40 Hours Per Week | No Night Hours

Join Daily Pawn, a growing, family-owned business where excellent customer service, teamwork, and a positive workplace come first.

No pawn industry experience? No problem! We provide hands-on training for dependable, motivated people who have a great attitude and are ready to learn. This is an excellent opportunity to build valuable experience in sales, customer service, merchandise, and product knowledge.

Pay & Earning Potential

  • Starting base pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • Monthly sales commission averages an additional $3.00+ per hour
  • Spanish-speaking employees earn at least $1.00 more per hour
  • With commission included, most team members effectively earn $19.00–$21.00+ per hour

What You’ll Do

Customer service is our top priority. As a Sales Associate, you will:

  • Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service
  • Assist customers with merchandise and purchasing decisions
  • Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise
  • Accurately process cash and credit card transactions
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized store
  • Follow company safety, security, and sanitation procedures
  • Work toward individual and team sales goals
  • Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn each day
