• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy to clients of varying ages, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns and life challenges.
• Conduct thorough assessments, identifying clients' strengths, challenges, and therapeutic goals through interviews and standardized tools.
• Develop and document evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring they align with best practices.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver care, which includes real-time video therapy sessions and secure digital communication with clients.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment interventions, safeguarding confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and community partners, to ensure continuity of care and holistic support for clients.

Your caseload will encompass a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. By offering a range of therapy modalities, you will help clients navigate their personal experiences while fostering resilience and growth.

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Licensing: Full licensure as a mental health professional is required, with eligibility to practice independently without supervision. Acceptable licenses include:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses are accepted; candidates must not have any disciplinary actions against their licenses.
• Strong clinical skills for assessing and executing treatment interventions effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature to foster a safe, trusting environment for clients.
• Proficient in using technology and electronic health record systems for documentation and telehealth delivery.

• Experience with diverse populations and various therapeutic modalities is highly valued.
• Previous involvement in community health settings or clinics is a plus.
