Job description

Company Overview:

  • This is a private equity-backed residential roofing company that is expanding into the Morgantown market
  • The Branch Manager will help build out and grow the operation in this new location
  • Authorized dealer of Beacon, ABC Supply, GAF, Lansing, CertainTeed, and more


What is Being Offered:

  • Flexible compensation, $75K base + commission

What The Position is About:

  • Oversee all operations for the branch, with a focus on sales and production activities
  • Help grow the branch and build out the sales, production, and office staff
  • Lead all recruiting, hiring, and training efforts
  • Run leads weekly
  • Coordinate with all vendors to ensure proper delivery schedules for timely installations
  • Be the main point of contact and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation process
  • Manage the P&L for the branch and ensure KPI’s are being met


The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Sales leadership experience within the home improvement industry
  • Residential roofing experience is required
  • Strong understanding and experience with the one-call-close, in-home sales process is required
  • Track record of successfully recruiting, hiring, and training personnel
