Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
  • Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Location Requirement:

Applicants must reside in or be able to reliably commute to the following service areas in West Montgomery and Chester Counties, Pennsylvania: Collegeville, Phoenixville, Valley Forge, Audubon, King of Prussia, Norristown, Conshohocken, Pottstown, Kimberton, Royersford, Oaks, Bridgeport, Plymouth Meeting, Lafayette Hill, Schwenksville, or Gilbertsville. Candidates living within or near these communities are strongly preferred to ensure timely availability and efficient coverage of client needs.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
  • A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
