Primary Purpose:

Support the performance, health, and growth of assigned provider accounts by gathering and analyzing performance data, assisting with account activities, and contributing to operational improvements. Tracks quality, fill, and capacity metrics and supports the preparation of business reviews and action plans Partners proactively with cross-functional teams to translate insights into action, reduce risk, and ensure providers consistently meet Bright Horizons standards and client expectations.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Supports assigned provider accounts by monitoring basic performance metrics such as fill rates, utilization, and quality indicators.

  • Assess risk and opportunity within assigned markets and providers; escalating when appropriate.

  • Leverage data as a core management tool, -analyzing fill rates, demand trends, CIRs, CSAT, capacity utilization, and market dynamics.

  • Assist in identifying causes of underperformance (e.g.,capacity misalignment, operational constraints, behavioral drivers) and shares insights and observations with management.

  • Partner with BI, Operations, Product, and Contact Center teams to gather and validate data needed for reporting and analysis

  • Plan, host and prepare materials for business reviews with provider partners, including compiled reports and summary of key findings.

  • Use data to tell a clear story: what's happening, why it matters, and what we're going to do next.

  • Set clear goals, commitments, and follow-ups; track progress against QBR action items

  • Tailor QBRs by provider and market-no one-size-fits-all approach.

  • Partner with providers to deliver right-sized capacity solutions aligned to demand by care type, age group, and geography.

  • Support rate discussions and negotiations with a strong understanding of performance, cost drivers, and market benchmarks.

  • Monitor quality signals (CIRs, client feedback, coverage gaps) and identify opportunities to intervene when risk emerges.

  • Ensure providers understand and adhere to Bright Horizons quality, compliance, and operational standards.

  • Communicate risks and mitigation plans clearly to leadership.

  • Set clear expectations around data usage, execution discipline, and accountability.

  • May provide mentorship and support professional development of junior team members by asking thoughtful questions to understand pain points and development goals.

Job Requirements - Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

3 years of Account management or similar experience - Required

  • QBRs result in concrete actions-not just reporting.

  • Risks are identified early and addressed proactively.

  • Data is used consistently to inform decisions, not react to issues after the fact.

Compensation:

Theannual salary for this position is between$53,000-$65,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business ororganizational factors.
