This role is essential in delivering personalized mental health counseling services to clients in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat to address their mental health concerns and goals.
  • Guide clients in exploring their emotions and experiences, fostering self-awareness and deeper insights into their relationships and behaviors.
  • Act as an unwavering client advocate, collaborating with them to establish clear, realistic, and achievable goals throughout the therapy process.
  • Assess clients' mental health statuses and formulate tailored treatment plans utilizing a solution-focused approach based on professional expertise and best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

At Bright Mind Counseling, you'll work with a carefully curated clientele, ensuring that all clients are pre-screened and assessed for their mental health stability. Qualifications

  • Current, fully licensed status to practice independently, meeting the following criteria:
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • No disciplinary actions or provisional licenses will be accepted.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Proficient with technology and familiar with virtual counseling tools.
Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in remote counseling, familiarity with teletherapy platforms, and a background in treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or solution-focused brief therapy will be highly regarded. Additionally, a demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development is preferred, as this reflects our organization's values.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually based on hours worked and experience. We offer:
