Seasonal Installation Team Member:

As a Seasonal Installation Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in bringing events to life. Your main responsibilities will include loading, unloading, setting up, and dismantling event equipment at various locations. You'll be based at a Bright Warehouse Location, and transportation to and from job sites will be provided. No driving is necessary for this role. Bright ensures all Seasonal Installation Team Members receive comprehensive training and development opportunities for success.


Job Responsibilities:

• Safely and meticulously unload and load vehicles.

• Set up and dismantle equipment including tables, chairs, lighting, flooring, tenting, dishware, and custom-made pieces.

• Travel to different job sites with your team, assisting with equipment pick-up and drop-off.

• Aid Drivers by safely guiding them during vehicle operations.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

• Adhere to company safety protocols.

• Effective communication with customers and Team Members


Qualifications for Seasonal Installation Team Member:

• Previous experience in event setup is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

• Flexible availability for evening shifts, weekends, and extended hours

• Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments

• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
