Bright Beginnings educators are responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons, supervising and engaging children during play and learning activities, and monitoring developmental progress through observations and assessments. You’ll also collaborate with other teachers and support staff to create a safe, inclusive classroom and communicate regularly with parents about each child’s achievements and needs. The Mission Behind the Role
