Position Overview

Service repair technicians are responsible for the care and maintenance of small engine lawn care equipment. They play a critical role in upholding our reputation for exceeding our customers' expectations.


What You'll Do

Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of small engine equipment such as Toro, Ventrac, Exmark, Scag, Stihl

Perform scheduled maintenance, including change oil, hydraulic fluid and all necessary filters and fluids in a variety of agricultural equipment

Diagnose and identify malfunctions

Inspect, repair, and replace defective or worn out parts

Complete documentation of diagnostics and repairs performed on work orders

Maintain technical and product knowledge on all equipment serviced 

Participate in available company sponsored training to develop skills and knowledge

Perform all duties in a professional and safe manner


Skills We Are Seeking

Minimum of 2 years of experience working on gasoline and diesel engines

Certifications from STIHL, Kohler, Toro, Exmark, Briggs and Stratton are a plus

Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical and hydraulic problems

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with others

Must be able to routinely lift up to 50 pounds

High school diploma or equivalent required
