Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support School-Based Support Specialists through regular supervision, coaching, and team meetings to enhance clinical performance and professional development
Provide direct clinical services including assessments, counseling, crisis intervention, and skill-building to support client growth and treatment goals
Collaborate with schools, families, and community partners to develop and implement effective treatment plans and ensure continuity of care
Monitor and review documentation for accuracy and compliance, providing constructive feedback and guidance to staff
Participate in client staffing, case reviews, and quality assurance processes to improve service delivery and outcomes
Respond to crisis situations during business hours and on-call rotations, ensuring timely and effective intervention
Support hiring efforts, staff development, and onboarding processes to strengthen the team
Conduct outreach, home visits, and community education to promote mental health awareness and client engagement
Assist with program management tasks including data collection, evaluation, and adherence to organizational and regulatory standards
Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, ethical standards, and clinical documentation requirements

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, or a related field strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related human services field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience providing clinical services and working within school-based or community-based settings preferred

Additional Qualifications:
Successful completion of background checks including criminal, driving, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint screening
Valid driver's license in state of residency with acceptable driving record required
Proof of current auto insurance required
Reliable transportation required for travel and potential client transport
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within a team environment
Must obtain ongoing training to meet professional development and DMH standards

Physical Requirements
Perform primarily sedentary work involving sitting for extended periods with occasional standing or walking
Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, or pull objects
Utilize repetitive hand, wrist, and finger movements for typing and documentation tasks
Maintain ability to perform essential job duties in an office, school, or community-based environment
