Bridge is currently seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager will own positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and customer storytelling across the BRIDGE portfolio.
This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales - translating what Bridge builds into clear market value. It's an ideal role for a strategic builder who enjoys turning complex data, identity, and activation capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with brands, agencies, and adtech partners.
The ideal candidate combines strong storytelling skills with deep curiosity about the advertising technology ecosystem and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Positioning & Messaging
  • Own and evolve company, product, and solution messaging frameworks that ladder up to Bridge's master narrative
  • Create differentiated positioning that clearly communicates BRIDGE's value in the market
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling customer benefits
  • Maintain messaging frameworks and narrative consistency across all channels
Sales Enablement
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to improve go-to-market effectiveness
  • Create and maintain sales decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and objection-handling materials
  • Develop industry, vertical, and audience-specific messaging
  • Lead key customer and prospect presentations
Customer Storytelling
  • Build a scalable customer story and case study program
  • Conduct customer interviews and identify proof points that demonstrate business impact
  • Develop customer-facing content that supports both sales and marketing efforts
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales to surface new storytelling opportunities
Market and Competitive Intelligence
  • Own go-to-market strategy for product and solution launches, from audience and positioning through enablement, rollout, and post-launch measurement.
  • Partner with Product and leadership to support launches
  • Synthesize competitive and market intelligence into actionable recommendations for Sales, Product, and Leadership
  • Deliver competitive insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders

Content & Thought Leadership
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, presentations, reports, and industry content
  • Collaborate with creative partners to bring narratives to life across channels
Desired skills, education, and experience:
  • 6-10+ years of product marketing, solutions marketing, or go-to-market experience
  • Experience in adtech, martech, media, data, measurement, identity, or adjacent technology sectors
  • Proven track record of owning and executing successful product or solution launches end-to-end
  • Experience translating market research and customer insights into go-to-market strategy
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong storytelling and presentation development capabilities
  • Experience creating sales enablement materials and supporting revenue teams

This is primarily a remote/work-from-home role, with occasional in-person attendance in NYC and at various events throughout the US. The base salary range is $145,000-$160,000.
