  • Provide technical guidance and review throughout the project lifecycle, from preliminary concepts and layouts through final design.
  • Review structural analysis, bridge superstructure and substructure design, details, and supporting documentation.
  • Identify potential design issues, inconsistencies, and coordination concerns and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Support project teams with bridge engineering expertise and constructability considerations.
  • Assist with quality assurance and quality control procedures for bridge and transportation projects.
  • Provide technical input for proposals, statements of qualifications, and other business development efforts when requested.
  • Support the development and enhancement of the firm's bridge engineering capabilities and project portfolio.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other technical professionals across disciplines.
  • Maintain familiarity with applicable federal, state, and industry standards, specifications, and design practices.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to less-experienced engineers when appropriate.

Required Qualifications
