Your Role as a CDJR Tech at Lum's:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical systems in CDJR vehicles
  • Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, tires, etc.)
  • Use diagnostic tools to pinpoint and fix issues accurately
  • Communicate clearly with advisors and customers
  • Stay updated on CDJR models and repair bulletins
  • Keep repair records and follow all safety protocols
  • Test drive vehicles to ensure repair quality
  • Mentor technician apprentices
