Location: Orange County, CA

Pay: $25 to $35 per hour plus overtime

Job Type: Full-time


Popsicle Air, part of The Brella Co., is hiring an experienced HVAC professional to support residential and light commercial installation projects. This position is ideal for someone who is confident handling full system installs and can take ownership of job site execution from start to finish.

We provide heating, cooling, plumbing, and indoor air quality services throughout Orange County, with a focus on dependable service and energy-efficient solutions.


What You Will Do

  • Install HVAC systems including condensers, furnaces, ductwork, and packaged units
  • Lead or assist installation crews to complete projects efficiently and safely
  • Review technical drawings and installation plans prior to starting work
  • Perform system checks to confirm proper operation and quality standards
  • Identify and resolve installation issues in the field
  • Maintain records of materials, work completed, and job progress
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal team members
  • Keep work areas clean and organized throughout each project

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years of HVAC installation experience
  • Previous leadership experience is an asset
  • EPA certification required
  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems and installation practices
  • Ability to coordinate work with team members and other trades
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
  • Professional communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
