Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Worker to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and optimal functioning of our bird housing facilities. This role involves managing aviary infrastructure, and maintaining a healthy environment for the birds. The ideal candidate will be energetic, proactive, and possess a strong work ethic to support the ongoing care and maintenance of the aviary.

Duties

  • Clean and sanitize aviary, nesting areas, and feeding stations
  • Refill food and water containers daily
  • Monitor birds for signs of illness or injury
  • Remove waste and dispose of materials properly
  • Perform basic repairs and maintenance
  • Assist with breeding setup and bird handling when needed
  • Maintain inventory of feed, bedding, and cleaning supplies
  • Follow animal care and safety guidelines

Skills
