• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand client needs and treatment goals.
• Develop and document individualized treatment plans that prioritize client-specific needs and are grounded in clinical evidence.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of client progress, ensuring adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Facilitate regular communication with clients and their support systems regarding treatment plans and progress.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care effectively.
• Employ various telehealth platforms to administer therapy sessions, leveraging technology to enhance the client experience.
• Uphold best practices for client safety and confidentiality in all functions.

As an LPCC at Breathing Room Therapy, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. • A master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Active LPCC licensure in the state of California.

• Comfort and proficiency in using digital tools and telehealth platforms for remote therapy.
