Job description

Radiology Affiliates Imaging (RAI), a long-standing and respected radiology practice, is seeking a full-time Breast Imager to join their team in Central New Jersey. This position offers a 100% breast imaging focus, supporting outpatient imaging centers, and features a modernized workflow with an improved schedule for work-life balance. Physicians are eligible for partnership after one year of service.

Practice Info

  • Local radiology practice serving patients and clients for over 50 years
  • Member of the Radiology Partners (RP) team since 2019
  • Modernized practice workflow and improved schedule offering work-life balance (no nights, no evenings, no weekends, and no holidays required)
  • Physicians are eligible for partnership with one year of service
  • Supporting outpatient imaging centers located in (and around) Trenton, NJ: Windsor Radiology (East Windsor, NJ), RAI Lawrenceville (Lawrenceville, NJ), RAI Hamilton (Hamilton, NJ), Holy Redeemer Women's Healthcare

Responsibilities

  • Perform 100% breast imaging (screening and diagnostic mammography, breast MR, breast US)
  • Support outpatient imaging centers

Compensation

  • The salary range for this position is $500,000-$700,000
  • Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Requirements

  • MD or DO
  • BE or BC, American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
  • Residency Trained, ACGME Accredited Radiology Program
  • Fellowship-trained in women's imaging
  • A proven track record of outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Position requires full scope of breast imaging (Screening and diagnostic mammography, breast US, breast MR)
  • Breast procedures desirable, but not required (i.e. stereotactic/MR/US-guided biopsies, Magseed/needle localization, etc.)
