Working part-time means they typically work fewer hours than full-time staff, often covering specific shifts or filling in as needed. These professionals must ensure patient safety, follow precise protocols, and maintain accurate records of procedures. Part Time Rad Techs are commonly employed in hospitals, clinics, urgent care centers, and diagnostic imaging facilities.

Part-time Radiologic Technologists often encounter challenges such as variable work schedules, adapting quickly to different shifts, and maintaining familiarity with protocols at facilities where they may not work every day.
