CCBC is seeking applications for part-time faculty positions. Application materials will be viewed and placed in a pool for consideration to fill part-time teaching assignments on an as-needed basis. Part-time applications are accepted year-round and will remain in the pool for at least one year. SUMMARY:
Part-time faculty to teach day and/or evening classes in a respective discipline in one of the following Schools/Academic Divisions: James M. Johnson School of Aviation Sciences, the School of Industrial Technology and Continuing Education, the School of Professions and Transfer Studies, and the School of Health Sciences.

      • Minimum 5 years of full-time experience serving as a controller at an FAA facility

  • Professional Piloting:

      • Associate degree in Professional Pilot or related degree required.
      • Pilot rating with FAA Ground Instructor Certificate
      • Advanced/Instrument or FAA Flight Instructor Certificate
      • CFI/CFII or commercial pilot with instrument and multi-engine ratings
      • Flight experience commensurate with flight ratings held
    • Preferred:
      • Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
      • Post-secondary teaching experience (preferably at the community college-level)
      • ATP Certificate
