  • Maintain accurate, real-time medical and dental records using modern electronic health systems.
  • Deliver digital education to patients on oral health techniques and preventive care.
  • Implement and maintain stringent infectious disease control protocols.
  • Optimize inventory levels by monitoring and maintaining supply inventory with precision.
  • Assist Dental Assistants as needed, ensuring seamless workflow and patient experience.
  • Embrace continuous learning through mandatory continuing education programs.
  • Participate actively in the Performance Improvement Program, driving transformation and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Possess an Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene from an ADA-accredited institution.
  • Participate actively in Medicare, Medicaid, and other advanced reimbursement programs.
  • Bring at least one year of experience as a Dental Hygienist, with a focus on pediatric patient management.
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification, demonstrating commitment to ongoing professional development.
