We are looking for a friendly and attentive Breakfast Server to join our team. The Breakfast Server responsible for providing high-levels of customer service to all restaurant guests by providing prompt service, taking accurate orders, and maintaining a strong working knowledge of all menu items and daily specials. The Breakfast Server will perform customer service duties in a friendly and professional manner at all times, and ensure that the customers have an enjoyable dining experience. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the proper setting of tables, removing used dishes and place settings, assisting with cleaning duties, and comply with all restaurant policies and procedures.

Breakfast Server Responsibilities:

1. Take food and beverage orders from guests and ensure these are given to the appropriate person to execute (i.e. kitchen staff, etc.).

2. Maintain familiarity with the composition of all menu items, including items available at the bar.

3. Serve food and beverages in a professional, courteous manner in accordance with company standards.

4. Clean designated areas, in accordance with company procedures, including opening and closing routines and following hygiene requirements.

5. Clean and refill condiment sets for each table.

6. Set tables to company policy, ensuring that all items used are clean, undamaged and in a good state of repair.

7. Ensure storerooms are adequately stocked.

8. Clean tables and ensure they are cleaned as soon as it is apparent that guests have finished their food or drink with an acceptable balance between speed, yet allowing guests to finish their meals without feeling rushed.

9. Ensure that customers are correctly charged, present the bill, and take payment from the customer, in accordance with the procedures of the establishment.

10. At all times be aware of and practice good customer service, assisting the guest in any way which does not adversely affect other customers.

Job Qualification :

Breakfast Server Responsibilities:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within a similar role.

3. Sound knowledge of food safety guidelines.

4. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.

5. Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

6. Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

7. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and verbal communication skills.
