R and R Breakfast Spot is looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Host/Hostess to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for welcoming guests, managing the seating process, and creating a positive first impression while helping ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude as they arrive
  • Manage the waitlist and seat guests in a timely and organized manner
  • Answer phone calls, and provide accurate wait time estimates
  • Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area
  • Communicate effectively with servers to ensure efficient seating and service
  • Assist guests with take-out orders, questions and respond promptly to their needs
  • Assist with prepping silverware
  • Help maintain a welcoming and professional dining environment
Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist team members
  • Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
