Job description

Cote’s Kitchen is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team!  You will be preparing and cooking a variety of home style breakfast and lunch dishes for our restaurant guest to enjoy from 7-1 daily.   We are a very fast paced team oriented restaurant that is located in the heart of Upton, MA. We are looking for future employees who are hardworking, reliable, and have a  positive attitude.  If you are passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences through good food and high quality, Cote’s Kitchen maybe your place.  With previous experience as a cook, able to manage multiple priorities and contribute to a friendly and productive team atmosphere please apply to Cote’s Kitchen.
 
Requirements:
  • Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Cook or Short Order Cook
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
  • Accuracy and speed in executing the orders
  • Familiar with industry’s best practices
Responsibilities:
  • Setting up and stocking station with all necessary supplies
  • Preparing Food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
  • Cooking menu items to receipts in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
