We are currently seeking an AM Breakfast cook


Scheduled hours will vary weekly between Monday-Sunday. Weekends and holidays are required.

Benefits include Marriott hotel discounts, free parking on property, free meal while on duty, medical, dental and vision benefits.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain health and sanitation standards.
  • Cover label and date all food products.
  • Open kitchen and Close kitchen in absence of supervisors.
  • Adhere to all prepared written recipes for all menu items including breakfast, room service, Grab and Go, and dinner menus.
  • Report out of stock items to the supervisor.
  • Prepare for the next shift, and ensure there is inventory.
  • Help set-up restaurant and employee cafeteria buffet.
  • Supervise and assist dishwashers and pantry personnel.
  • Perform the duties of the Prep List schedule.
  • Prepare all dressings and cold sauces.
  • Assist with banquet preparation, as needed.



Requirements:

  • Minimum lifting and pulling of 50 pounds.
  • Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
  • Standing for long periods of time.
  • Understands the overall functions and machinery in a Kitchen
  • Must be flexible with schedule and adjust to business needs of the Hotel.
