The Breakfast Attendant prepares and arranges the daily continental breakfast, ensuring that the breakfast items are well stocked, and cleaning up after breakfast. The Breakfast Host ensures that guests have a satisfying dining experience.
Responsibilities
·         Prepare a clean dining area, refill food as necessary, roll silverware, and stock service areas
·         Heating pre-cooked foods and replenish packaged foods
·         Carry trays of food or drinks from the kitchen to the buffet tables
·         Greet guests that enter the breakfast area
·         Remove dirty dishes and glasses and clean tables after customers finish meals
·         Clean kitchen and breakfast area, washing dishes and other items
·         Place weekly food orders
·         Assist in deep cleaning of breakfast area and other public spaces
·         Prepare food and service items for next day
