Primary Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
  • Set up, maintain, and monitor the breakfast area
  • Clean and sanitize all breakfast room surfaces and guest areas
  • Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service
  • Respond to guest concerns professionally and help resolve issues
  • Maintain knowledge of the rotating breakfast menu
  • Follow all health, safety, and food-handling standards

Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Restaurant experience a plus
  • Hotel experience highly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Team player who can also work independently
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and follow all food safety policies
  • Flexible, adaptable, and dependable

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to walk and stand up to 100% of the shift
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
