Break Pack Associates often face challenges related to maintaining accuracy and speed while handling a high volume of small, individual items. Working in a fast-paced environment, they must carefully follow packing instructions to prevent errors, which can require strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Physical stamina is also important, as the role typically involves standing, lifting, and moving items throughout the shift.
