Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client looking for a Bilingual Printing Support Administrator to support daily print operations and provide customer-facing service in a fast-paced office environment in Tampa, FL.
Summary:
This role is responsible for handling walk-up requests, phone support, and maintaining printer and copier functionality for the general public, internal staff, and judicial offices.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Receive and process print requests via walk-up, email, and inter-office communications
* Answer incoming phone calls and assist the general public, staff, Judge's offices, and State/County/City agencies
* Support copiers and printers, including toner cartridge replacement, jam resolution, break/fix issues (including warranty work), setup, and equipment moves as needed
* Pack and return used toner cartridges to designated recycling locations
* Maintain inventory of toner cartridges and printer/copier repair supplies
* Schedule service calls with Konica Minolta for copier break/fix issues
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong customer service background
* Knowledge of printers
* Fluent in both English and Spanish
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
