The Food & Beverage Department ensures an elevated guest experience by delivering seamless service and maintaining a high-end dining atmosphere.

Job Summary:

The Busser at Latitude Restaurant plays a crucial role in supporting the front-of-house team by clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Reporting to the General Manager, this position ensures efficient service flow, a well-maintained dining room, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, luxury dining environment.

Job Specifications:

Onsite: Black Desert Resort – Latitude Restaurant

Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Part-Time

Pay Rate: $12/hr plus tips. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

  • Quickly and efficiently clear, clean, and reset tables for incoming guests.

  • Previous experience as a busser, food runner, or in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred but not required.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, working closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain efficiency in a high-end dining setting.
  • Knowledge of proper table setting and fine dining service standards is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on restaurant operations.
