Production Supervisor – Bridor USA

Vineland, NJ | Full-Time | Overnight Shift
$70,000 Base Salary + 5% Target Incentive Bonus

The Opportunity

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll lead approximately 15 hourly associates in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take ownership of your shift’s performance.

This is a hands-on, floor-focused leadership role. We’re looking for supervisors who are visible in the operation, understand what is happening on the production lines, coach and develop employees, solve problems quickly, and hold teams accountable for results.

Schedule

8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Rotating Schedule: 3 Nights On / 4 Nights Off

Candidates must be comfortable working a permanent overnight schedule.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop approximately 15 hourly production associates
  • Drive daily production to meet safety, quality, service, and productivity goals
  • Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance
  • Maintain a strong presence on the production floor
  • Champion food safety, product quality, GMPs, and workplace safety
  • Identify and resolve production issues quickly
  • Reduce waste and improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance
  • Partner with Maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
  • Use production data and performance metrics to drive improvement
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Sanitation, Warehouse, HR, and other plant teams
  • Support staffing, scheduling, audits, and other plant priorities
What We’re Looking ForRequired
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience
  • 3+ years of production supervisory or people-leadership experience
  • Proven experience leading hourly employees in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong coaching, communication, and accountability skills
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced production operation
  • Strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work the required overnight schedule
Highly Preferred
  • Supervisory experience in industrial bakery manufacturing
  • Experience in bread, pastry, laminated dough, frozen bakery, or other commercial baking operations
  • Experience with automated or high-speed production lines
  • Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
  • Working knowledge of SAP

Strong supervisors from related food manufacturing disciplines will also be considered, including frozen foods, prepared foods, dairy, beverage, confectionery, ingredients, and other high-volume food-processing environments.
