We are seeking a passionate and reliable Bread Baker to join our artisan bread team. In this role, you will support the production of handcrafted, high-quality breads and rolls using traditional techniques and premium ingredients. Requirements
  • Assist in the preparation and baking of artisan breads and rolls.
  • Scale, mix, shape, and proof doughs according to established formulas and schedules.
  • Operate and maintain baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers.
  • Follow fermentation timelines and dough-handling techniques essential to artisan baking.
  • Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe work environment.
  • Assist with ingredient prep, mise en place, and end-of-day cleaning.
  • Help with packing and labeling of baked goods for retail and wholesale.
  • Uphold the bakery's quality standards and contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
