Job description

Radina's Bakehouse is looking for full and part time AM Bakers, Bread & Pastry. We're looking for highly motivated, positive and friendly Team Members. If you enjoy baking, early hours start time (3:30am) and have a great desire to start/continue a career in the artisanal baking community, please apply online or visit us at Radina's Bakehouse location. Radina's Bakehouse is committed to producing the highest quality baked goods in Manhattan, KS. We invest many hours training our new bread/pastry Team Members. Therefore, we ask of all applicants of this ad to consider investing at least one year with our Baking Team.


Position summary: Ability to read and follow product formulas. Mix, divide, shape, proof and bake different products. Communicate daily production needs and information with other bakers. Keep bakery and equipment clean.

Position Qualifications: Experience with handling dough/pastry or exceptional desire to learn. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to take direction. Stand for long periods of time and constantly lift up to 50 pounds safely. Follow recipes and work well with others.

Principle duties and responsibilities:

  • Support the vision of the Team and Leadership.

  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and all Facility Safety Guidelines.

  • Take part in the organization, stocking and rotation of received products.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work station and equipment.

  • Responsible for filling sanitation and waste sheets.

  • Maintain high productivity expectations.

  • Production of all pastry/breads.

  • Communicate with Team Leader on product needs and adjust necessary par levels.

  • Maintain a positive attitude throughout shift.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader and or Store Leadership.

  • Hourly Pay rate starting at $14.00-$17 per hour.
