Overnight Bread & Croissant Baker


Full-Time | 1:00 AM – 9:30 AM$20–$21/hour DOE


Bake the breads and croissants enjoyed across all 10 Parfait Paris locations every morning.


Parfait Paris is looking for a dependable and motivated baker to join our overnight commissary team. This role is primarily responsible for baking our breads and viennoiserie, ensuring every location receives fresh, high-quality products each day.


What You’ll Do:

• Proof, bake, and finish croissants, pastries, and breads according to company standards

• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality throughout production

• Follow overnight production schedules to meet daily delivery deadlines

• Prepare products for dispatch to all retail locations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment


What We’re Looking For:

• Previous baking experience required (bread and/or viennoiserie preferred)

• Ability to work independently and manage overnight production responsibilities

• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working overnight hours

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency and quality

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Parfait Paris está buscando un(a) panadero(a) confiable y motivado(a) para unirse a nuestro equipo de producción nocturna en la cocina central. Responsabilidades:
