Take over an existing practice from a very busy retiring GI who is leaving this February!
Outpatient only, no inpatient at all. 
Buy-in to the surgery center quickly as an investment opportunity. 
Patients are 90+% Spanish speaking.
This is a basic Bread & butter GI practice. 
Partnership after one year with no buy in.
