Prep Cook:
As a prep cook at Tucanos, you will be responsible for preparing and providing exceptional food for our guests. You will prepare delicious, Brazilian inspired cuisine in a fun and festive environment. You will utilize high quality, fresh ingredients to create our signature salads, entrees and traditional Brazilian recipes while learning the skills essential to becoming a chef through on the job training. You will also maintain accountability for the integrity and safety of the foods that are prepared, adhering to rigorous food safety standards and observing strict recipe guidelines. As a prep cook you will have full responsibility for all aspects of your station, including setup and cleanup.
