Experience with life insurance sales a definite plus.

We specialize in homeowners and auto insurance, and all commercial insurance products including workers comp, BOPs, commercial auto, and excess liability, etc. Our target industries are contractors, restaurants/bars, retail, habitational, civic organizations, commercial property and more.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive communication, needs assessments, and follow-up
  • Sell Property Casualty insurance policies to individuals and businesses based on their unique needs
  • Provide expert guidance on insurance coverage options and explain policy terms clearly to clients
  • Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, outbound calls, and community engagement
  • Meet or exceed sales goals set by the agency, including premium targets and client acquisition metrics
  • Process policy applications and endorsements accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and underwriting guidelines
  • Cross-sell additional lines of insurance and offer tailored coverage recommendations
  • Contribute to a positive office culture by collaborating with team members and participating in agency initiatives
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Active Property Casualty (PC) license required
  • Life Health license a plus
