Job Overview:
Fulfillment Specialists are responsible for the delivery of all physical products ordered by students. This role is required to multi-task to ensure customer satisfaction. Constant vigilance and extreme accuracy are critical to success. Guided by an everchanging priority tree of tasks and detailed workflows, Specialists are the final interaction between our company and a satisfied customer.
Responsibilities:
• Print student cards and certificates from proprietary BatchPrint tool.
• Operate mail processing equipment.
• Stuff, post, and send envelopes according to prescribed shipping method (i.e., standard, overnight, second day).
• Respond to and resolve assigned tickets in a timely manner, including fulfilling certificate replacement requests.
• Respond to internal inquiries via Slack channels swiftly and accurately.
• Work with Reporting team to print and mail certificates that must be generated manually.
• Print and mail documents from Compliance and Reporting teams as necessary.
• Ship all Notary applications to appropriate government agencies.
• Maintain all printers/franking machine/envelope stuffer in good working condition to ensure daily success.
• Sort daily incoming mail and distribute to appropriate department.
• Organize and store all returned cards and certificates for ease of re-mailing.
• Stuff OSHA Outreach cards with high level of accuracy.
• Answer front door for customers and deliveries. Direct deliveries as necessary.
• Sort and approve documents uploaded by SST customers.
• Post daily tracking information for FedEx shipments.
• Receive, count, record, and restock inventory.
• Other duties as assigned.
Competencies Required:
• Capacity to learn new software quickly.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) preferred.
• Understand common internet browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Internet Explorer and basic internet concepts including browser navigation, how to download files, incognito/private mode, and URLs.
• Self-starter comfortable with taking initiative and finding answers to questions; Problem-Solver

Please note: This position is onsite in our downtown Orlando, FL headquarters. The pay is $15/hour, and the work schedule is Monday - Friday from 9am ET - 5:30pm ET.
