Job description

Logitech is the Sweet Spot for people who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way.

The Team and Role:

At Logitech, we design products that have an everyday place in people's lives, connecting them to the digital experiences they care about. We are looking for a data-driven, analytical, and proactive Brand Protection Specialist to protect Logitech's brand integrity, profitability, and customer experience on Amazon and across the broader e-commerce landscape. The larger team supporting Amazon are a group of diverse minds with complementary skill sets that support each other in a very fast paced environment.

The ideal candidate will own the day-to-day execution of Logitech's marketplace integrity strategies on Amazon. The role is built on three core pillars: MAP Policy Enforcement, Feature Offer Preservation, and Returns Prevention.

The ideal candidate is a master of data manipulation who can take massive, disparate data sets from multiple internal and external sources and translate them into simple, actionable insights for both internal leadership and external partners. You will act as the primary operator collaborating with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to utilize third-party vendor support and Amazon's Brand Registry tool to protect Logitech's digital shelf.

Your Contribution:

Be Yourself. Be Open. Stay Hungry and Humble. Collaborate. Challenge. Decide and just Do. Share our passion for Equality and the Environment. These are the behaviors and values you'll need for success at Logitech. In this role you will:

1. MAP Policy Enforcement
  • Monitor & Track: Monitor minimum advertised price (MAP) compliance across all retail channels, keeping a pulse on market Average Selling Prices (ASPs).

  • Investigate: Identify root causes of price degradation and analyze the impact of rouge pricing behaviors.

  • Enforce: Work closely with third-party data vendors to flag violations and leverage Amazon Brand Registry to submit claims to enforce policy compliance.

2. Featured Offer Preservation
  • Root Cause Analysis: Track, analyze, and own the metrics behind Lost Featured Offer (LFO) on Amazon

  • Grey Market Mapping: Perform targeted test buys, track serial numbers, and map out the supply chain flow of grey market and unauthorized goods entering the Amazon channel.

  • Remediation: Partner with cross-functional teams including Legal, Sales, and Supply Chain to eliminate unauthorized supply chain leaks and improve the LFO% and associated KPIs.

  • Pricing Strategy: Analyzed promotional pricing curves to identify thresholds triggering price arbitrage, optimizing discount models to protect brand margin and channel integrity.

3. Returns Prevention
  • Data Analysis: Analyze Amazon return codes, customer reviews, Voice of the Customer (VoC) insights, defect data, and pricing elasticity curves to identify marketplace trends and product pain points.

  • PDP Optimization: Partner with Logitech Marketing and Amazon account teams to optimize Product Detail Page (PDP) content, update consumer messaging, and improve A+ content to better align customer expectations and reduce return rates.

Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in working on brand protection related projects, ideally in a multinational technology company.

  • Exceptional ability to extract, clean, and manipulate data from multiple, fragmented sources (e.g., Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, third-party scraping tools, internal ERPs).

  • Strong track record of translating complex data sets into simple, concise, and visually compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to create strong stories through the use of innovative technologies (such as AI) for presentation purposes.

  • Strong written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.

  • Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision, but shows excellent judgment about when to look to managers and team members for guidance, and when and how to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Demonstrate ability to learn quickly, lead & manage projects and drive/achieve results, while working autonomously.

  • Excellent communication (verbally and presentation wise) and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform decision-making.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).

  • Direct experience with Amazon Brand Registry is a major plus.

  • Experience working with external data vendors and agency partners to drive operational results.

  • Strong team orientation and ability to build cross-functional relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of brand protection issues and best practices.

  • Experience with online brand protection agencies, tools and platforms.

  • Google suite fluency, with proficiency in ability to create digestible, informative and easy-to-understand presentations across all levels of the organization.

  • Maintain accurate and efficient reporting.

  • Ability to innovate within a growing business.

  • Ability to quickly understand and demonstrate technology and business value propositions.

  • The desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced, team environment.

  • Proven ability to scale collaboration and achievement of growth metrics with partners.
