Job Summary:

Leads the execution of brand strategies and initiatives that strengthen DPR's organizational identity and market presence. Oversees development and implementation of integrated brand campaigns and activations that align with enterprise and regional priorities. Applies advanced knowledge of marketing, communications, and brand management to ensure consistency across all customer and employee touchpoints. Serves as a resource to project teams and provides guidance on complex or high-visibility brand initiatives, ensuring adherence to DPR's brand standards and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leads planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns and activations that support business and marketing goals.
  • Partners with regional and functional teams to align messaging, design, and brand experience across multiple channels.
  • Provides subject matter expertise in brand compliance, accessibility, and design standards to ensure consistency and integrity of DPR's brand.
  • Guides cross-functional collaboration for high-impact activations such as major events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Analyzes audience insights, competitive trends, and performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine strategies.
  • Supports the development of experimental tactics and creative tests that advance DPR's brand differentiation and engagement.
  • Mentors peers and provides guidance on brand processes, tools, and visual standards.
Education Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field required.

Work Experience:

6-8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field required.
