Recognized on the Inc. 5000 and as one of the Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies in DFW, Curis is seeking a Marketing Analyst & Project Coordinator to lead the design and implementation of our integrated care model across all clinics.
About the Role:
The Marketing Analyst & Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and advertising initiatives. This role helps ensure brand consistency, increases audience engagement, and drives awareness through digital, print, and community-based marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, data-aware, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
Responsibilities
Marketing Analytics & Strategy
  • Optimizing acquisition funnels, scaling paid campaigns, and enhancing organic visibility for healthcare
  • SEM, PPC, paid social ads, funnel optimization, lead generation, campaign planning & targeting
  • Analyze campaign performance across digital, referral, and community outreach channels
  • Track KPIs such as patient acquisition cost, conversion rates, referral sources, and ROI
  • Develop dashboards and reports to present insights to leadership
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in patient and provider marketing funnels
  • Support market research, competitive analysis, and service line growth initiatives
  • Use data to recommend budget allocation and channel strategy

Marketing Project Management
  • Designed data-backed healthcare marketing campaigns using behavioral triggers and lead-score models, improving consultation-ready leads
  • Manage multiple marketing campaigns and projects simultaneously
  • Create project timelines, workflows, and task assignments
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (clinical leaders, operations, recruiting, compliance)
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards
  • Oversee campaign launches, content rollouts, and promotional initiatives
  • Maintain project tracking systems and status reports

Campaign Execution Support
  • Managed paid campaigns across Zocdoc, Google Ads, Meta and healthcare inventory networks, reallocating budgets toward high-intent keywords and improving acquisition efficiency
  • Collaborate on digital marketing efforts including email, social media, paid ads, and SEO initiatives
  • Support development of marketing materials (flyers, provider outreach materials, internal campaigns)
  • Coordinate vendor relationships (design, media buying, web services)
  • Assist with event marketing, community outreach campaigns, and referral network growth

Healthcare & Compliance Focus
  • Ensure marketing activities align with healthcare advertising regulations and compliance guidelines
  • Support initiatives related to provider recruitment marketing and service expansion
  • Maintain patient privacy considerations (HIPAA awareness in marketing communications)

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
2+ years of marketing analytics, marketing operations, or campaign management experience
Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders
Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets, BI dashboards, or marketing analytics tools)

Education & Experience
