Manager Global Brand Development & Marketing

The Manager Global Brand Development & Marketing helps develop marketing strategies, brand building efforts, and best-in‑class consumer executions for our priority toy and game brands and products. The Manager Global Brand Development & Marketing will partner with internal cross‑functional teams and business teams, including commercial, retail, data and analytics, product, PR, media, social, creative, design and development, as well as external agencies, partners and retailers – all in an effort to present something our brands and products to our consumers in unforgettable ways. We are looking for someone who brings passion, energy, and a healthy willingness to be bold and take risks in ways that help our brands stand out.

Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA.

A day in the life of a Manager Global Brand Development & Marketing:

  • Responsible for translation of brand strategy into integrated go-to-market plans for assigned brands and priority products, inclusive of objectives, positioning, target audiences, and channel mix.
  • Execute campaigns across retail, media, digital and social, creator, PR, events and more in close partnership with Senior Managers, cross-functional teams, and agencies.
  • Lead day-to-day program execution with internal and external partners, keeping work aligned, on brief, and moving forward.
  • Write clear, effective briefs and support creative development and asset production from concept through delivery and localization, leveraging AI where appropriate.
  • Deliver region-ready assets, toolkits, and calendars that enable adoption and adaptation at speed while maintaining brand cohesion.
  • Track and measure against KPIs, synthesize learnings, and support optimization recommendations to improve impact.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for assigned initiatives, ensuring executional excellence and on-time delivery.
  • Partner with regional marketing teams and key accounts to ensure local insights, retail moments, and channel realities are reflected in plans and executions.
  • Work closely with Brand Creative to ensure visual and tonal consistency across platforms, activations, and content.
  • Stay curious and proactively identify new formats, platforms, and cultural moments that help our brands connect authentically with consumers.
  • Prepare clear updates, recaps, and presentations that communicate plans, progress, and results to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. MBA a plus.
  • 5+ years in integrated consumer marketing/brand management with proven campaign/brand activation experience. Toy, Game or Licensing experience a plus – though is not a requirement.
  • Data-driven mindset: We pair art with science – and are driven by data and consumer insights. This role needs to review insights, pull out key learnings, and action against them.
  • Team player: We are stronger together and thrive when we share and build on good ideas.
  • Storyteller: Ability to organize and share sophisticated information in a compelling way using story to persuade an audience.
  • Channel knowledge: Have knowledge of key marketing channels, including digital marketing and media, ecomm, social, YouTube, PR, and retail.
  • Organization and detail orientation: The details matter when it comes to executing with excellence, especially as every team member will be expected to manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Relationship builder: Strong leadership and networking abilities. This role works with many cross-functional teams and strong daily communication with our partners is a key to success.
  • Business management: Proficiency in project management, Microsoft Office, and budget management.

The base salary range for this position is $99,200.00 to $162,700.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
