We are looking for a track record of quality work, an exceptional teammate, and someone who cares about team success before themselves. The ideal candidate for this role is extremely detail oriented, organized, flexible, adaptable, and ready to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly growing entrepreneurial environment.Responsibilities:Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust.Educate retail, consumers, and partners on our brands’ features, benefits, value proposition, history, quality, selling points, etc.Be in the field 4 days a week, although rare – able to work evenings and weekends as required by account universeDiscover and identify customer business growth needsAnalyze data and insights to increase sales, grow customer business, and better achieve objectivesRegularly and consistently pre-plan account visits with a plan, service purpose, and selling opportunities documented in CRMVisit accounts regularly, capture visit notes, and build visit plans considering previous visit outcomes and document in CRMDocument and maintain account- and customer-specific information in CRMCollaborate with local distributors to ensure customer follow-through and supportMaintain deep knowledge of Final Bell products and correctly present and position them in each account.Maintain broad awareness of cannabis industry, channel specific, and category trendsAdapt the selling approach based on each customer’s buying styles and individual business needsBe knowledgeable and experienced in retail accounts by staying current with what competitors are offering and how Final Bell products are positioned relative to the competitionParticipate in sales meetings, on-site training, and supplier events as requiredSkills & Qualifications:Computer proficient in office, G-Suite, CRMs, Video Conferencing, Leaflink, etcIncredible planning and organization skillsStrong communication skills: Interpersonal, written, and verbalStrong relationship building skillsExtraordinary teammateRequirements:College degree or equivalent experience2 years of sales, marketing, or trade-marketing experience in Cannabis or CPGMust be able to lift, push, pull, reach, conduct overhead work and carry bags and boxes as part of the sales activities (up to 10 pounds on a frequent basis; up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis; possibly up to 50 pounds on a seldom basis).Driving is required for the position, you must have a valid U.S. driver license in good standing for the last 3 years. Must have a reliable automobile, no more than 6 years old.
