Senior Marketing Director – Noble Steakhouse

Lotus Concepts Management is seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly driven Senior Marketing Director to lead the marketing vision and execution for Noble Steakhouse. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a flagship concept from pre-opening through long-term success, while also helping shape the future growth of the Noble brand.

This role is designed for a seasoned marketing professional who thrives in both strategy and execution, enjoys being deeply involved in operations and guest experience, and is excited to grow into a leadership role supporting future openings.

Position Overview
The Senior Marketing Director will be responsible for leading all marketing efforts for Noble Steakhouse—from brand development and launch through ongoing performance and expansion. This role will work closely with executive leadership, operations, and the broader marketing team to ensure Noble becomes a premier dining destination.

Beyond the opening, this individual will play a key role in maintaining and growing Noble’s guest relationships, including ownership of the guest book, VIP engagement strategy, and continued in-store presence. Over time, this role will expand to support additional Noble locations and future brand growth initiatives.

What You’ll Be Involved In

  • Leading the full lifecycle of Noble Steakhouse marketing, including brand development, pre-opening strategy, launch execution, and sustained growth
  • Owning and evolving the Noble brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and guest touchpoints
  • Building and managing a high-level guest book, including VIP relationships, influencer engagement, and repeat guest strategy
  • Being actively present in the restaurant during key service periods to engage with guests and ensure brand standards are delivered
  • Planning and executing high-impact events such as VIP previews, influencer dinners, media nights, and ongoing experiential activations
  • Partnering with PR agencies and media to generate strong press coverage and brand awareness
  • Leading content strategy, photoshoots, storytelling, and digital presence across platforms
  • Collaborating with operations to create in-store marketing moments that drive revenue and enhance the guest experience
  • Analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and profitability
  • Supporting future Noble Steakhouse openings and helping scale the brand across multiple locations

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive all marketing initiatives for Noble Steakhouse
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between marketing, operations, and leadership teams
  • Maintain a strong, consistent brand voice and visual identity
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans tied to revenue growth and brand positioning

Qualifications
